I LOVEE a B&M shop, everytime I go in there I end up Alea one atleast 30-40 quid more than what I came there for ??baskets turn into carts snacks turn into a sweet treat buffet , what can I say I?m an impulsive spender?guilty as charged , It was my dogs 5th birthday so I went all out on some toys I don?t have pictures cause he ripped them all up but let?s say he really enjoyed the 45 quid basket full of toys

Just plain rude! Was served at the checkout without any sort of acknowledgement, whilst 3 members of staff were stood around slagging b&m Bulwell off.
You might as well put self serve tills in because there is absolutely NO customer service.

phoneing them is a waste of time they will not give info of stock on the sales floor ,they won,t even phone another store for you to see if they have your item in stock not good customer relations.
