Horrible treatment. If I could give no stars, I would. Stopped In with my husband and my father for lunch. Walked in, the bartender asked what we wanted and I replied, we are here for a bite to eat and a drink. He was miserable and extremely unfriendly and said they didn?t serve food. When we asked to clarify, there?s no food? because we had just googled the pub and checked out the menu. He had a rude and kinda weird response. He said ?my tires say Indy on them, but they?re not.?? He said it twice. Whatever that means, I don?t know. But for certain I knew we weren?t welcome and likely not going to be served either. No idea why and no further explanation. We left.

Lovely little village pub with a large beer garden and plenty of parking space. Staff are friendly and helpful, food is lovely and there is a good choice of drinks. The pub is clean and has a great atmosphere, especially on quiz night. Dog friendly too!

We?ve driven past this pub many times and finally decided to go for a meal ??
So pleased we did. As soon as we walked in we were made to feel very welcome.
We had fish and chips which was delicious with real chips not frozen ?
All the staff are friendly and Colin is very cute in his bow tie ?
We will definitely be back again.
There?s plenty of parking space and lots of seating options inside and out.

Absolutely lovely quaint pub with friendly staff. Plenty of seats in the garden. Food average but let down as it is often very quiet. Needs to promote it's self better.

Had lunch here a couple of weeks ago. Service was excellent and the landlady was very friendly and attentive. Food good, home cooked lasagne and delicious hand cut chips. My only dislike was the garlic bread which was over cooked and too greasy. Otherwise a delightful cosy pub.
