I have never seen such a rude staff before, they were unwilling to help. Also the cashier didn?t ask whether if I want a meal and took the payment after I told her I wanted a meal she said She can not reversed so I had to pay extra. Worst subway experience ever ( 17 july 2024 8pm.)

Firstly there's no hats being worn around the food area when serving,secondly they never swap there gloves from customers to customers, alot of cross contamination in my eyes ,no one clearing the shop floor area and clearly enough staff on shift 7 people including management

There were 5 or 6 Staff chatting around and not even one customer inside. While we waited to be served, staff were happy to chat between them rather than serving customers.Having experienced the poor service, we ended up dining next door and spent 3x of what we would have spent at subway. But, enjoyed a really nice meal with a pint.I hope the owner wouldn't go bankrupt for paying 5 staff at a time serving zero customers.

i am disgusted by the way the employees act towards customers as i was about to walk in a worker was sat outside starbucks with a group of friends he then cat called me in which all the others turned round which made me extremely uncomfortable, whoever that was you should be ashamed of yourself as i am a 16 year old girl who has not left school yet, i will not be visiting this stood again as i did not feel safe as shortly after he yelled he came in the store got his phone and went back out wich was very suspicious, very disappointed

Staff gave a really huge pressure on my sandwich to fit into the tube. I dare to say 50% stuffing had went off because she takes the wrapping paper off.
Sauce falls off from the tube and I just asked can she please just wrap by the paper but she said she can?t and looking at me like looking an idiot because I?m not a local people???? I?m a Hong Konger

Served by a female subway artist who was rude and gave me the feeling that she?s borderline racist (we?re Indian). Who says arrogantly ?what?? when you don?t get what the other person said?. Agreeing with previous comments, rude service. Wouldn?t visit again, thanks!

Terrible customer service. The staff were so rude and were moaning to each other and slagging off previous customers. A girl with a supervisor badge on was so aggressive and complaining how she wants to go home and she hates it there... every table was filthy and had rubbish all over, not to forget the food all over the floor. Several customers walked through the door then ended up walking straight back out. The atmosphere was awful and I'll never go back to this subway again. Terribly run by a bunch of lazy, unprofessional teenagers.

I visited the giltbrook site 9/2/2024 and service was awful. I ordered a vegetarian option last to try and make things easier for the server ... she never changed her gloves after touching meat products. She seemed that she didn't want to be at work with her demeanour being cold and borderline rude throwing our food on to the trays. I could of forgiven this if the place was extremely busy or understaffed but non of these were the case. Not the best experience.

I regularly visit the Giltbrook subway store with my Daughter. I always find the staff to be friendly and polite and they prepare our subs exactly how we like - I cannot fault them. It can be an extremely busy store and they all work so hard. Working with the public can be a very difficult and challenging job with people quick to complain. I?d like to say thank you and keep up the good work ??
