It was a pleasure to deal with Richard. The service was excellent. Personal delivery service, and it was all well packaged, and fitting instructions were very thorough. Richard was available for help and advice. Nothing was too much trouble. We purchased the Belvoir fireplace, chamber, and hearth which is absolutely beautiful, and also purchased extra panels for the chamber and hearth. I have had 3 fireplaces over the past 10 years from Richard. Two in my own period property and one for my mother and father.l in their house.
From enquiring, to purchasing, Richard was a true gentleman, very helpful and attentive from start to finish.
