Genuine country pubs like the Blacksmiths Arm in Everton are a rare thing these days. Great atmosphere, food, drink selection and front of house hospitality. Highly recommended.

Fabulous night tonight. We really enjoyed the steak night cooked to perfection. Blue cheese sauce is to die for. Seriously I am picky when it comes to steak and this was top notch. Then to top it off we joined in with the rock and roll bingo what a laugh.

Great pub to stop at after a wet and windy walk this time of year. Pet friendly, great staff, good food not silly prices and open fires. Definitely recommend.

Can't praise this place highly enough. Spectacular (and plentiful) food, friendly and welcoming staff and dog-friendly as a bonus when you've been to Everton Dog Run. Fabulous pub!

Gorgeous roast dinner.
My ONLY criticism was that broccoli was a little to firm for my liking, otherwise it was stunning, and there was plenty of it. We will be going again.
Lovely atmosphere and a very nice place.
