We had our sons first birthday/christening celebration at Beanscene over the weekend and it was a thoroughly enjoyable day thanks to Nicky and Gray who couldn't do enough for us. The food was great, the service was great and the setting perfect. All our guests commented and continue to do so on how nice the day was and how perfect the venue was. Thank you Nicky and Gray, you helped make it a great day

A lovely find, Bean Scene is a charming tea room, serving a daytime menu. Perfect for an after walk get together and lunch. The staff are very friendly and pleasant.

What a lovely little place to stop off at for either a cuppa and a chat. Or sit down and have a freshly prepared meal. The service is excellent. Would recommend to anyone to pop in and prove me wrong.

This is the best cafe, we call on a regular basis when out cycling, always a warm welcome from Nikki n Gray and the food n coffees are fab......love this place ????

More people need to hear about Nikki and Grahams lovely place in Everton. They are a lovely couple and do all they can to make you welcome and fill your tummy with really wonder food. Nothing is to much trouble. Love going for breakfast and having a little banter with Nikki, she is a lovely lady,

Lovely clean little cafe set up a ramp / few steps from a large gravel car park.
Good selection of food available for lunch on the menu plus some specials. And tempting cake selection.
Service was prompt and friendly. Food was tasty and well priced.

We called at the Bean Scene for coffee and cake today and were made to feel very welcome by the owner. The cakes were delicious (Victoria sponge, pistachio cake and cherry scones), and the coffee was excellent! We will definitely visit here again - many thanks for your hospitality!

I've been now twice for coffee and cake, both times excellent. The lady who serves is absolutely lovely and gave us lots of information.. The home made cakes are definitely made with love and I highly recommend

just had another visit to Bean scene and again was not disappointed. Food was lovely coffee and tea was excellent. lovely staff. see you again shortly. Will definitely be back. xx

Flat white coffee was too hot that I burnt my mouth. Even after eating my soup which i presume was tinned and the bread was nothing special. Seen better scones in a shop.

The food was, eventually, great. But the 1.5 hours from sitting to getting food means we won't be returning. The staff were very pleasant and did apologise, but as my wife had come in her dinner hour, it made it stressful. The few inside tables were full but no one outside.
