Extremely impressed with this place, it is truly a well thought out creation of hard labour. Extensive vegan menu, go above and beyond to offer variety and good quality ingredients. Had the vegan breakfast, it was not greasy at all, nothing was made from frozen. Amazing bread, homemade tapenade, roast potatoes (which should feature more in breakfasts ?), mushrooms, sausages and greens. The antique shop has also a great selection, clearly hand picked. If you are a vegan and travelling it is a must! There?s also a garden with umbrella for shade.

It was a lovely sunny day and it was rather busy, went especially for their vegan food and rather amazing selection, im a meat eater and my partners vegan and we really struggle to have good vegan food which isnt lettuce or hummus, so this was a breath of fresh air! Great surroundings and awesome service, well done everyone, the foods were amazingly flavoured and quite subtle in some, the grazing board was seriously epic, looking forward to taking the family back

We regularly eat at The Crew Yard cafe and we?re NEVER disappointed! My husband always has the House Burger, because he says it just can?t be beaten! The burger is superb quality meat, cooked to perfection, and the mini happy salad that is served with it, is fresh, tasty and the ideal accompaniment. I tend to choose depending on my mood, so yesterday whilst basking in the sunshine in the stunning flower-filled courtyard, I was feeling very chilled?? and chose the Buddha Bowl! ???. I can honestly say, it is the most DELICIOUS meal I?ve ever had! The fresh ingredients, burst of flavours, colourful presentation and impeccable service were second to none! Our waitress Grace had such a positive and friendly aura, which added to our whole wonderful dining experience. If you?re looking for top quality locally sourced ingredients, a meal that is carefully and thoughtfully prepared to order, a great friendly atmosphere and fantastic value for money, then look no further!

Been driving past here for years. Finally took the plunge. Well worth it. The food was excellent and great portions. It was all so full of flavour and well balanced with all the elements of the dish. The staff were attentive and made us feel welcome. Would highly recommend

The shop is full of random thing and a nice look around. The Cafe was awful for me. I had the BBQ burger and fruit cider, the burger was dry and it was tiny. 80% was the salad
My drink was almost flat so suspect tge bottle has been open for a bit.... never again

Really enjoyed it and had a great bite to eat. Plenty of vegan options not that I needed those. Was busy but that's not a bad thing. We fell really lucky with weather and was as good as it looked in this photo. Worth a look and you can lose an hour wandering around the antiques shop too. Thank you for a nice afternoon and lovely meal.

Great find on our biking day out. We were half way round and the breakfast food was a must. The owner was really friendly and the kitchen staff were great. The girl who served us was lovely. Will definitely come back again next time we do this route.

Great coffee and bistro, friendly service, nice and peaceful atmosphere and a paradise for vegans. They have a separate vegan menu and we?ve ordered burger with roasted potatoes, it was delicious!

This is our favourite place to go for a meal,Mum and I travel from Chesterfield for a treat.
The Happy Salad is the best salad I've had ANYWHERE! We visited just before the menu changed from the Winter one to the Spring one,so the salad wasn't on it. I asked the lovely waitress and she popped to ask the chef if she could do one. It wasn't a problem and I was even offered a choice of topping.
Mum had the most delicious cheese quiche,with roast potatoes and a mini Happy Salad.
Unfortunately we were both too full to indulge in one of the lovely desserts!
We rounded our meal off with a very generous caffetiere of lovely coffee.
We will definitely be back,as we know we will always get a fabulous meal here.

Went for breakfast with a mate, food was great. Alan is an absolute gent and the team running the cafe were all lovely and friendly. Also, the croissants were outrageously good!

Booked Christmas Day lunch. Felt disappointed considering we paid £85 per head. The tables were only covered in thin paper serviettes which, once wet with the waitress spilling some of my husbands wine remained soggy. The man playing the keyboard loudly made conversation difficult and service was a bit slow but ,considering the number of guests ,the staff seemed to be working hard. My 3 fish roast and roast fennel were served in individual very hot dishes on the main plate leaving no space for the shared vegetables. I had to quickly tip them onto the main plate to avoid burning my fingers. They should have been arranged on the main plate before leaving the kitchen.
For the high price paid I expected more finesse. A bit disappointed after anticipating a special lunch.
