Was having major problems setting up a saver ISA account til i went in an spoke to Tony after a quick conversation and explaing my situation Tony solved my problem and also set up TSB Banking App on y smart phone that seams to be smarter than me, thanks again Tony for taking out time to sort out my problem and issues i was having very helpfull and went the extra mile for me.

Very rude and annoying blonde woman in the foyer. Told her I forgot my card and needed some cash in-which she said "our computers are down at the moment but you can withdtaw upto £500 from the ATM with your card" . . I then said "what good is that to me?" And she proceeded to say she was just trying to be helpful. That was NOT being helpful at all! Then after stating again "but I've forgot my card!" She yhen rudely replied "should have brought it with you then" How rude!

Went in on a Saturday to pay in coins into my account but NO cashier!!! Gentlemen said "NO CASHIER ON A SATURDAY"!!! Then surely they are not truly open????
