Very good service, fast and efficient with an organised ticketing system. I had my watch polished and the battery replaced. The gentleman was very friendly and accommodating. I would strongly recommend.

Fantastic service provided by Timpsons Eastwood. Took my watch in for a deep clean and to have the scratches removed from the bracelet. Watch looks brand new! Would highly recommend ?

Excellent service today when I went to get a few keys cut and enquire about some resolved shoes. Apparently management has changed recently. Will be using this shops for all my key cutting/shoe resoling needs from now on.

First and foremost they rip you off with extortionate prices, for both batteries for your watch, and key cutting service. It is sheer greed. I cannot recommend this place, nor the person operating it as he has an attitude, when you fall on the floor gasping at his prices. Told me they had been in business since 1865. So we must be doing something right. In the end went down the road and paid £1 for my watch battery to be changed not the £20 he wanted to charge. Telling me I had an expensive watch so had to pay more for the battery. That?s like putting petrol in a Bentley, you should pay more for it. Ridiculous logic.
