From the girls out front to the diagnostics techs to the optician, I couldn?t fault a single member of staff. They got me seen despite the fact I turned up a week early cause I can?t read dates, were helpful, easy to understand and probably provided the best end to end customer service experience I?ve had in years. I can?t recommend this store enough.

Outstanding 5 star service with a smile. After a receiving a free eye test last week and receiving a new prescription. I went popped into Eastwood Specsavers today to choose and purchase some new glasses. Almost immediately after walking in I was greeted by Teegan whos friendly but professional approach immediately put me at ease. Teegan asked if she could help, I described what I was after and was spared no effort in helping me to look through the selection of cost effective frames, even getting the calculator out and explaining offers to help find the best deal for me while, upon request, giving me her opinion of the various frame I tried on, after a handful of selections, and Teegans helpful feedback, I eventually came to a decision and purchased some excellent frames at a deal of a price. It was refreshing to go somewhere and receive excellent customer service so I felt compelled to write this review. I look forward to collecting my new frames in a weeks time.

Excellent service and very pleasant and helpful staff. Had a wide selection of frames at affordable prices and offers. My eye test and scan were discussed in detail by the very friendly ophthalmologist.

First time I had been to the Specsavers in Eastwood and they were great. I was nervous, but they put my mind at ease and the whole process was amazing, thank you to all the staff in the store, you are a credit to the company, thank you.

I don't like eye tests and I was very nervous. The optician was very reassuring and gave no trace of annoyance, as I have experienced elsewhere. She was able to apply an alternative and less difficult 'air puff' test, which I really appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic, 2nd eye test in 41 years and the service from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out by all staff was magnificent. Would highly recommend if your in need of anything eye related to visit this store. Thank you everybody it was a brilliant visit. All staff are a credit to specsavers. Cheers
