The store has not had any money spent on it since it was Safeway.
At least one fridge leaking on every visit was large puddles of water on the floor and this has been going on for months and cannot be blamed on the hot Weather.
However most of the staff are friendly
10 months on and still the chillers leak on a regular basis. 13 leaking today. Two chillers you where directed to find a member of staff to hand you food out of it. Keep emailing head office about this but still this problem persists. Staff to frightened to complain as they fear the store is at treat of closure. Could be why no money is being spent on it
I have been told a month ago that major works are expected at the store but no signs of this starting
I have noted that morrisons have responded only to the positive reviews and not offered and explanation to the negative reviews or any apologies. It is the same when going into the store where the store manager could be displaying notices apologising the puddles we have to walk through.
Be aware new company policy is for the staff to scan quicker although research has shown people who use these tills like the social interaction. Scanning quickly causes mistakes which is OK if staff are vigilant. More disgruntled staff at the till and the staff are the only positive remaining.

This is one of the worst supermarkets I have ever been too. There is constantly a layer of water on the floor because they won't fix their chiller units, which subsequently are half empty. If you go early or late the shelves are empty. Trolleys are not cleaned properly and some have rotting food and rubbish in. Staff openly criticise management. We have changed to Tesco. My advice to the store manager? Resign!!

Will always enjoy morrisons quality, love the hot food counter and salad bar. My weekly shop is more than it would be at the likes of Lidl or Aldi, but its nice and convenient to go now and again. Use the petrol station a lot as this is the closest to home.

I was present the day Morrisons opened at Little Clacton and it's a nice new store with a huge car park and a petrol station.

The salad bar seems to have a reduced selection as the day goes on... anytime after 2pm it's not worth the effort to go.....also half the lights seem to turn off after 6pm.... Amazon Prime "robots" seem to pay more attention to the device on there wrist than looking where there walking

My visit was on Christmas Eve, around 2pm. All shelves very well stocked, not busy at all as I guess most people have completed their main Christmas shopping. Lots of price reductions and lots of staff on the check-outs.
