The past two times I?ve ordered on Uber eats from this greggs, I have had items missing! Uber eats can?t redeliver without placing a new order with delivery fee. Really disappointing

I love a Greggs every now and then but unfortunately one of your employees ruined this experience for me. She was extremely rude to some customers who clearly had a language barrier but was trying their best. Making very rude comments under her breath. If you couldn?t understand just say sorry could you say a bit slower and louder so I can understand you better don?t be a rude ignorant cow
