Horrible Manager who loves to make up allegations about you when you try to return an item.CCTV apparently not working and seems it hasn't been working for a long while ( according to the manager)According to the Manager, this company doesn't keep any sort of receipts and doesn't follow the companies etc, i'd hate for them to get inspected.After 5 minutes of me telling the manager the legislation on data protection, consumers and the requirements of keeping company records, the manager made up more allegations regarding me and stated that she knows her job.I was served by a man on the original purchase but o no.... I'm lying about that too. Obviously I cant prove that because the CCTV is not working.(alleged by manager)If it is working, under the subject access request, I am requesting this information and I require this to be sent to me!Eventually after all this abuse I received from the manager. I was correct and they did refund me my money. However, they said I have to give them my name, address and phone number for the refund, which again is a misuse of the data protection act and could even be considered a crime under S170 of the data protection act! Obtaining personal information unlawfully.Guys, if you like to be abused by women! this is the company for you.... go get your free abuse at this establishment!
