The shelfs always seem to be very well stocked when I use this B&Q. Its a relative small shop, good size carpark. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their product ranges. Busy on tbe weekends.
Outside they do have a small garden centre with variants, fencing..

Excellent service received from Stacey, Tony and Kellie.
Helped a pensioner find items,pay and load car. All three polite and a credit to your company.

Will be a long time before I go back.
Staff stood talking to one another, when I asked to be served I was pointed to the self serve tills .
I DO NOT WANT TO SERVE MYSELF !!!!

Called into branch to buy a cupboard door and it wasn?t in stock, fair enough,
Was told another branch has 3. The other branch was 20 miles away so headed there to find out when I arrived that they had nothing. They stated that the previous store should have rang ahead!
So this is absolutely poor customer service! Waste of my time and my fuel!
Wasn?t even a sorry!
So please don?t take there advice and call ahead if you end up in the same situation like myself.
