They are incredibly understaffed, never answer the phone, have long wait times just to collect a prescription and to make matters worse, they are never open when people who work actually need them.Totally useless, use anyone else.

Amazing service! My doctor hadn't sent my prescription over yet but the member of staff offered to take my number and called me when it came in! Fantastic!

Called the pharmacy spoke to the pharmacist who said he's not the regular pharmacist, spoke to the dispenser lady and she cut me off and was very rude to me.... please train your staff

Too slow. Don?t have prescriptions ready on time. Fed up with this pharmacy and had to change to the one at bottom of Clifton. Even ringing in advance telling them I?m coming for my prescription (at 5pm when it should have been ready by 3pm) didn?t help and it still wasn?t ready. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs they are useless.

My mother has had a few problems with the delivery side she is disabled and got a brain annuism and a couple of times they not delivered the tablets when they usually do and I've had to go fetch them my mother doesn't needed the stress worrying about her tablets that she needs also no one ever answer the phone I mentioned it said no staff but since I was waiting and mentioned the phone side of things wonder u know they started to answer the phone they need to sort out or I'll be taken it further
