Had to go to this pharmacy on Monday 24th March to discuss with the Pharmacist the reactions my wife was having with the blood pressure tablets she was prescribed. We informed a member of staff that we needed to talk to the Pharmacist. After a short while my wife turned to me and said : Do think they heard us, with which a voice came from nowhere 'YES I HEARD YOU, CAN'T YOU SEE I AM BUSY, I WILL SEE YOU WHEN I CAN. ?I am 85 years of age and the Wife 81years, we found it very disrespectful, told the girl where to stick the shop and walked out. Telephoned head office today to make a complaint and was told my call would be answered within half an hour. Gave up and put the phone down. ?Will never use this Pharmacy again.

Let's say they are not doing their job very Well. Pun intented: They are closing at 6pm. At 5:30pm it was already closed. Next day, upon arrival at the pharmacy it took ages before I was served and a simple prescription with simple medication, yet important for me, was not ready yet. I was told to come back the next day. So two days before you get your medication. God help you if you're in dire need of medication.
If staff if overwhelmed, why don't they hire more staff?

Lazy, disorganised, unprofessional and Incompetent.
I booked a Covid Vacc two weeks in advance and when I turned up the member of staff told me I can?t have it done today but could come back next week. She said she tried to call me but I don?t have any evidence to corroborate this as I received no missed calls or texts from Wells, so who knows I only have her word for it. No explanation why my appointment had been cancelled was offered voluntarily by the staff member. I had to ask why my appointment had been cancelled. I was the told very reluctantly that the Manager wasn?t available today. To top it off the staff member offered to let me have one next week if I popped in at my earliest convenience and no doubt additional expense. What a waste of my time. Thankfully she had the wherewithal to suggest an alternative after I asked about an alternative place where I could get my vaccine today. There?s no way I?d use Wells again, ever, any of them.

They tell you to go to them to get your pill instead of the doctors. I?ve been once and they?ve took me in the side room to go through the questions then said I?ll be fine to go to them everytime!
So I go back when I?m due it and wait in the queue for agers as always. Then they can?t even give it to me as there?s no one to do the contraception! Ridiculous pharmacy

They are incredibly understaffed, never answer the phone, have long wait times just to collect a prescription and to make matters worse, they are never open when people who work actually need them.Totally useless, use anyone else.

Amazing service! My doctor hadn't sent my prescription over yet but the member of staff offered to take my number and called me when it came in! Fantastic!

Called the pharmacy spoke to the pharmacist who said he's not the regular pharmacist, spoke to the dispenser lady and she cut me off and was very rude to me.... please train your staff
