Lovely and welcoming staff but the bank itself has such time consuming processes, which make banking here time consuming and frustrating. They removed the cashier desks and since this it?s almost impossible to get things like change easily. There?s restricted times for ordinary banking, and you cannot do your banking during all the banks opening hours. You can deposit money in to the cash points inside but that is time consuming also and the machine tends to malfunction, so you end up having to go to the single cashier desk to deposit your money, where the machine they have to enter money in to often messes up also. Due to having one desk there can often be a wait. For banking here you probably need to plan to be here for an hour or two to do your ordinary banking. Most processes they have to follow are wrapped in red tape and top security. Even after building a relationship with staff and them knowing who you are due to regularly going in, strict processes still have to be followed and it seems to take forever. For example if you require change it will most likely require the involvement of 2-3 staff members to be able to do that. The bank seem to operate a cashless operation, and have therefore made it extremely difficult when you do anything there that involves cash. A bit weird when it?s a bank?

Absolute pleasure of a visit to this branch this morning! Extremely friendly and helpful staff that helped me with my queries. Highly recommend popping in if any questions. We get so used to technology now days, we forget how much of a difference face to face customer service makes!

I have rang 5 branches so believe it or not that adds up to 17 phone calls??for the last hour and still getting same response. Everyone is busy right now very bad customer service. 2nd review.

Place is terrible now, the bank is ruined, most of the staff go out the way not to help you, good luck getting to the counter to see someone, after 25 years of being a customer im leaving for another bank
