Lovely and welcoming staff but the bank itself has such time consuming processes, which make banking here time consuming and frustrating. They removed the cashier desks and since this it’s almost impossible to get things like change easily. Absolute pleasure of a visit to this branch this morning! Extremely friendly and helpful staff that helped me with my queries. Highly recommend popping in if any questions. We get so used to technology now days, we forget how much of a difference face to face customer service makes!
