I was overcharged by a staff member named KAREN! this exact morning. I politely informed her that I had been overcharged by 77p, but she immediately became defensive instead of listening to my concern. I explained the situation to her step by step. She then checked her system and called for assistance, as she was unable to deduct the extra amount she had charged me. What I found disappointing was that she couldn?t offer a simple apology. This makes me wonder, does she treat other Co-op customers the same?

Some of the staff in this store really need to understand what manners and respect is! When working in a customer focussed environment these skills are paramount.
One in particular spoke to me with a serious attitude which I didn?t take kindly too! So much so that the next day I went back and ask what her name was. Sarah is apparently a team leader! Personally I think she needs some more training on her customer service skills! For me to take to Google to write a review then clearly it wasn?t a way in which she should have spoken to me! Speak to people how you wish to be spoken too! Treat people how you want to be treated! I was shouted at across the store in a queue of people with no manners or politeness what so ever! The other team members are lovely! Alex and Karen are always polite and I have nothing bad to say about them at all. Just a shame Sarah doesn?t have the same set of skills

Worst coop I've been to was told at 7.40 this morning that there not open yet when it says 7.00 opening then no blue top milk probably missed there delivery as well. Glad its not my buisness this one

Today my girlfriend was robbed of a voucher by a young seller, the matter was not clarified and she did not get her money back, I do not recommend this store to anyone!!!

One of the most convenient shop in clifton. One stop place for all immediate or urgent needs for example, basic needs including bread, milk, fruits, veggies, medicines etc. Reliable and dependable because of the early opening and late closing timings. Also this outlet has plenty of parking easily accessible. Always recommend.

Small print meant prices were higher for "none members"? it's not a gym. Went elsewhere and it was cheaper for 'members' of the public. Is co-op's CEO on drugs again?

It's alright for the Milk, Bread, Sugar sort of stuff. Rest of it don't bother, never has anything else you want and if it does, it's all close to use by date. Might aswell go to Morrisons a mile away.
