Fish and chips were dried out from sitting in warming cabinets too long

Gone downhill. Last time we got dinner there we paid for a sausage for our dog, wasn’t in our bag when we got home. We’re 15 mins drive away. This time the sausage was there but my steak pie was freezing cold like it came straight out the fridge!!

Ordered home made Beef stew and chips disappointed with the alleged stew not one piece of vegetable in it doesn't stew have veg in ? So basically it was beef in gravy
