Embarrassing service!!!I was waiting for the rehabilitation equipment and first I was told that my prescription was not available, and then when the application showed a message that the equipment was available for collection, it turned out that it was not available and the prescription was given back to me with the information...

Poor customer service! My repeat prescription was out of stock last week. Just been back in to see if it is now in stock. The woman took my form, looked at it and simply said "no it's not in stock". No apology at all, or any indication when it might be in stock!

Carlton Hill Pharmacy have been serving the needs of the people of Carlton and surrounding areas since 1982.
First and foremost we are an independent full dispensing chemist, dealing with both NHS and private prescriptions.
In addition to this Carlton Hill Pharmacy offer support to care homes and run a repeat prescription service. We pride ourselves on taking an active role within the community, offering advice on minor ailments, and have a private consultation room for those patients who wish to speak to us in privacy. Our customers and their health are our main focus.
