From start to finish the service was faultless! Contacted Karl in October to quote for 3 bedroom carpets and matting by the front door. He came to our house within a couple of days with samples. The quote was done there and then and was thorough and very competitive and the quality of the carpets on offer were excellent. We didn?t feel rushed and Karl took his time to explain all the options and make suggestions. A date was arranged to fit the carpets to suit us and fitting was carried out by Simon quickly and efficiently and everything was left neat and tidy. We?re extremely pleased with the carpets and the whole service offered by this company and will be returning to use them when we replace carpets in the future.

From my initial visit to the shop, to measuring, to making my choices and then fitting, I cannot fault the service I received. Karl made sure everything was ready for the fitters and even made an extra visit to my home to make sure the floors didn?t need extra preparation and that my chosen floor would work. We had some bedroom carpets from Flooring-2-u last year and we were so pleased that we returned to them this year for our hall stairs and landing. Also a vinyl in our bathroom and cloakroom. Karl came to our home to measure up and Simon did the fitting. A great service timed to fit in with our decorating. A good choice of carpets and vinyls in their showroom all good quality and at reasonable prices. We will definately be using them again for our lounge and conservatory next year. Thank you again for a superb job.
