Every time I visit I?m blown away by the customer service at JM Medispa.I have been having massages regularly with Kayleigh for the last 18 months and I struggle to put into words what a difference she has made to my life. I used to be in constant shoulder and back pain, I?ve tried physio and seen many doctors but with her regular massages she gets the knots out and I have minimal pain and discomfort. I wouldn?t go anywhere else now, Kayleigh is the best masseuse I?ve ever had.I would also like to thank Amy for my amazing facial I had yesterday. My skin feels incredible today and the whole experience was so relaxing, just what my skin and I needed!I?ve also had my nails done regularly here plus waxing, LVL and other treatments they often have on special offer.Thank you to all the lovely ladies at JM Medi Spa x

Just returned from the most incredible mum-to-be massage with Kayley.She went through each step of the treatment and made it personal to me. It was over 2 hours of pure bliss. So good I've booked another. Thank you for such a lovely treatment

No consideration at all for clients, I wanted to reschedule my appointment as my 1 year old son woke up poorly they said I?ve lost my deposit of £25 and would have to pay again because they will of lost money I wasn?t cancelling as I wanted to re book for a couple days later but I?d of had to pay the deposit again and then the full price of the treatment which was £49! How can that be helped if your child is poorly no understanding at all definitely won?t go back. And I was wanting to book in for a few more treatments along with my mum and auntie so they have lost a lot of custom there.Service: Laser hair removal

Have now become a regular customer after my partner purchased me a gift voucher for Christmas last year.First had the Holistic Foot Therapy treatment which helped with my tired achy feet and legs.Have since had Indian Head Massage which is amazing. Kayleigh who provides these treatments is lovely ??The staff are super friendly, nothing is to much trouble and they have offers on different treatments so check website.Already booked in for my next treatment ?

I had the Aqualyx treatment here and the first thing to say is that it's a stunning place to get any treatment, gorgeous interior and very clean. Second thing is that I didn't take the treatment well and the lady (I don't remember her name) who was doing it was absolutely wonderful. She was fantastic with me and very professional. I'd recommend this place to everyone!
