Service was painfully slow, waited 19 minutes from placing the order to receiving our food. Literally no burgers were ready, condiments were all empty, ordering machine wouldn't print receipt. All in all it was a really painful experience and one I wouldn't repeat. Poor!

The 2 members of staff that were in Natasha and Reece were very friendly, there customer service skills were brilliant. The food I ordered was given to me in a timely manner and hot. Will definitely return

Slowest 'fast food' service in the world. Cold food. Rude staff who clearly don't want to be working there and can't be bothered with anything or anyone. The food was cold as i had waited 20 minutes for someone to give it to me while it sat there after being cooked. The ice cream tasted of chemicals... awful!
