Great place and lovely staff and locals are helpful and friendly did not have food there

Food 3/10 Place 2/10 Prices 3/10 Food cold, place is scruffy, prices expensive, 1st time we have been and the last time we will be coming, don't know how you get all the 5 stars from, the chef used his bare hands to put food on my plate, NO GLOVES ???
