Beautiful coffee and food. However, the seating could be a little bit more comfortable.
A metal bar acting as a foot rest wouldn't go a mess underneath the seats by the window. The other seating against the wall at the front of the cafe is a little bit too shallow so it feels like you can't get comfortable.
The staff were really friendly, and as a self professed coffee snob - the coffee was on point. ?

Lovely Brunch at Butlers in Ruddington!
We were lucky enough to win a giveaway at Butlers in Ruddington ? my friend couldn?t make it, so I took my husband and daughter along instead. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, making us feel really welcome. I had the egg and salmon which was fresh and delicious, my husband had the sausage sandwich and loved it! The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed ? a perfect little brunch spot. We?ll definitely be visiting again!

One of the best coffee shops in Bingham. Forget Costa crap coffee, get yourself to a proper coffee shop! Very welcoming and always friendly.

We've recently moved to a nearby village and have already visited Butler's several times ? amazing coffee, brilliant food and such a lovely atmosphere. The staff are really friendly and so are the fellow coffee drinkers ?? definitely our new go-to spot!

Visited Butlers Bingham today. Ordered coffee which was very good and then ordered 2 meals. The meals weren?t served together and my husband had eaten half of his before mine arrived - soup which was cold. My husband politely returned the soup to be warmed up. The cafe wasn?t busy and we had to ask again before it was returned around 10 to 15 minutes later. The soup was served in the same bowl and had now been overheated so much that it burned my mouth, the soup was abandoned and we left.
As we departed we passed comment on the service that we had received and were offered a refund which was declined as it wasn?t about the money.
We are unsure what the kitchen staff were thinking but it is disappointing that a polite simple request may have somehow been taken as a criticism which it most certainly wasn?t.
