Very rude lady who answered the phone to me! I usually order my repeat prescription via the app ( I was having trouble doing that), mistakingly called to see if I could get help and order though pharmacy. Aware I couldn?t but the lady didn?t need to be so rude, didn?t even say hello politely or point me in the direction I needed to go to get my prescription. Will not be using again. Why work for a health care industry if you?re so rude and u helpful if someone is mistaken? God forbid you?re an elderly person unsure of where to order prescription, or young and only done it a few times!!

Terrible.pharmacist is excellent however the staff around him are poor. Trainees that Don?t know what there doing. Established staff Seem to hide. Super long waiting time. My advice organise a different pharmacy to collect it from. Waiting times unacceptable.

Always queues of 4-5 people waiting outside, so was delighted when no queue. However pharmacist gave me someone else's prescription and it was only because I paused to check the contents that he realised and swapped it for the right one. Then it turned out that my prescription was incomplete. Previously have had a (different) very rude pharmacist shout questions from the back of he store to me, whilst other customers are also in the room.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrendous waiting times standing up. Even if you?ve queued for 30 minutes, and you need your medication that day, if it gets to closing time then tough luck. Patient safety put at risk. Do your health a favour and go elsewhere.

They were short staffed, fine, they couldn't open and it wasn't his fault. But don't wait 25 minutes after it was meant to open to come out and tell people. And then don't just put up a sign. At least come out and explain. And maybe apologise for making elderly people and people with crutches wait standing up.

This chemist is potentially dangerous. My elderly Mother on more than one occasion had been dispensed the wrong tablets - absolutely outrageous !! She will not be using them again. Staff are indifferent at best, rude at worst. It ought to be closed down.Gave one star as minimum default setting, it should be minus.. ..

Very rude , I understand the issue with covid but if there are no notices how are people to be aware of issues I was told to get out as only 2 in store (exact words) when I queried as no notices and plenty of room was told head office asked them to remove as unnecessary and looked tacky . There is a way of asking I don't mind waiting but please be civil its not difficult

Horrifying service. No care or compassion in a time of a medical emergency, do not use them! Even if you have a urgent prescription they will refuse to despence it and will make you wait.Trying to call them or make them understand how the prescription is urgently needed is a waste of time and energy.I wanted to scream I was so horrified and upset. In my opinion DO NOT USE.

Very long waiting times at this pharmacy. I waited 2.5 weeks for an acne cream and when I rang they said they had the prescription but did not have it ready but would do it that day. This is just unacceptable waiting times in my opinion. The staff are friendly enough but unfortunately I will be going elsewhere as cannot wait 2-3 weeks for every prescription

Actually very rude and unpleasant people working here. I walked in and was literally SCREAMED AT by a woman from the other side of the room that only 2 people are allowed in the pharmacy at any given time. So unnecessary, and how is one to know that?? I registered the sign outside afterwards, a small notice amongst 10 other notices. Regardless, it is so unnecessary to be this way. When it was finally my turn to be allowed to grace the pharmacy I was stared at blankly while asking for my prescription. In all fairness, the male pharmacist working did answer my questions and help me with a few things after I communicated my confusion. Please try and remember actual foreigners come here and aren't familiar with the slightly backwards way uk pharmacies operate.Oh and you also end up waiting anything from 20-45 minutes for a prescription to be filled ?
