Want to say a big thank you to the girls on customer services.
Yesterday I used the coin counting machine but it didn't give out the right amount I went back today explained what had happened and they had found the coins that hadn't registered and with the help of one of their colleagues a nice man counted them all and saved the money.
Can't explain how I feel about such exceptional service thank you very much all of you

Visited Tesco Toton this morning. Dawn was on the check out wearing a mask. Excellent service couldn't do enough for me. Friendly and very helpfully. I had plants and clothing and she dealt with the mess my plants had made on the conveyer belt with a smile and banta. The world of retail would be a better place if we had more people like Dawn. Well done!

If you go early, be prepared to deal with a couple of dishonest and obtuse Karens. Went to this store this morning after the 6 am opening time, got some readymeals that were in a section that was 3 for 2 and some other bits, went to the till but there was no discount on the receipt, i asked to return them as the discount had not been applied, apparently that specific meal wasn't included, misleading but assumed could just get refunded for it and be on my way, oh no, little did i know i was dealing with a couple of Karen's, they then proceed to tell me it cannot be refunded until 8am, when i told them thats ridiculous more lies come, saying that food cannot be refunded as it is perishable or something along those lines, i told them it was unacceptable service making someone wait an hour to get a refund on a mislabelled ready meal, they then said they would refund me if i apologised! Again, showing how petty and dishonest they were all along, so got the refund after all that nonsemse, but i will not be returning any time soon, with employees like that they are sure to be losing many more customers

signed up for an event held at Tesco community room. Seems no sign in the store and no clue from google map, so asked for directions from the staff at the entrance early in the morning on 9 Nov, 24. Greeted by the staff with a smile and he clearly directed me to the right way. Thank you!

Tesco has been doing the same vegetarian sandwiches tuna mayo which can?t even taste the mayonnaise that much, tuna cucumber, cheese and onion for so so long now they don?t bother to think to have a change once in a while, such a successful business for customers it gets boring having the same vegetarian sandwiches over and and over again as part of the meal deal or not. Please make something else something even more tastier and different, not everyone is a meat lover
