Closed for lunch for one hour. Seriously?? I loved 1975, but I don't want to go back to 1975 shop opening times. It will half-day closing next for them.

Ignorant, rude and unhelpful. I?d rather have the migraine from hell than ever go back to that officious group of people. The most unpleasant people I have had the misfortune to come across.

If I could give a minus I would, shockingly slow to staff members in a queue for nearly 10 minutes to have some one just past 3 other people in said queue. Pharmacies lady in charge working at a speed of someone who could have died weeks ago.

Made to feel like a criminal by the pharmacist this afternoon for asking for co-codamol. Can't believe this woman had any training at all with the lack of respect she showed, very rude in front of other customers. Even told me the hospital doctor had given me the wrong advice. Your problem Tesco. There are other pharmacies with better people. Shockingly rude. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I went in today for some help with a minor skin irritation. The pharmacist was polite and listened but decided in the end to send me into the main store for a cream that they didn?t stock. I?d say from the interaction she could have decided to help as she showed me a cream she could have sold me but ultimately didn?t want too for whatever reason. I?d already explained I?d used most freely available creams. I thought pharmacists were there for more minor things like my issue and told me I needed a doctor, which I don?t think is overly necessary. I left feeling like I?d been dismissed rather than helped. I still have the skin issue so will try another local pharmacy to seek a different opinion.

Really good pharmacy, 1st order was within the day of ordering it on the NHS app to them texting me, 2nd order was similarly the same day, 3rd order this week has taken 5 days but its a particular item in this order the last pharmacy i used to use always struggled to get (Sharps bin). 100 x better than the pharmacy i used to use (next door to Hicklings lane medical center) and no longer have to deal with their stupid opening times.. Way to go Tesco! Highly recommended. A+++
