Being turned away a few minutes before you close when I'm desperate for fuel is very unsatisfactory. If you put the cones out at 5 to or 10 to, fine, but please advertise that's when you close instead of 11pm

I use this gas station on a regular basis 7 time out of ten very good. Unfortunately the last visit I found it a unpleasant experience. A stranded Vehicle at the pumps were usable to use. I found the assistant unpleasant and without customer service skills.

Be aware that although the kiosk is advertised as being open until 20:00, the pumps are switched over to 'pay at pump' beforehand to allow time to close the shop.This is a problem if like me, you pay for fuel using a fuel card as I cannot use 'pay at pump' and need the card to be swiped at a till.I arrived at 19:45, although there was ample time for me to refuel and pay before 20:00 they were unwilling to help and I had to go elsewhere.

Avoid this petrol station.Today I went to get some fuel for my van and realized all the pumps offer only pay at pump using bank card!!!I went inside to double check with the staff both were very rude!!The lady at the cashier after asking her she said if and there is a pay at cashier option she literally said to me this: [ no we don't have cash option it doesn't work like that all the time!!! ] I told her this is against customers service as customers are supposed to get a multiple way of payment specially for fuel in case of emergency!She smiled and said no that's not the case all the time!!!I also asked her how am I going to scan my club card if I pay by card at the pump as there is no club card scanner she said no you need to take the receipt from the pump and come to us at the cashier to change it to a receipt with a bar code!! So then you take it to the tesco markets and ask them to add the club card points!!! Which will take me 15 to 30 minutes!!!This petrol station management and staff don't care of the customers they only care about getting money disgusting

This petrol station have 4 disposable gloves baskets but only 1 basket has gloves. The one has gloves is very far. When I need to refuel and pump up the car I took 2 pairs. The stuff there ask me to return it back. This is not my fault that they don't have enough gloves.

Disgusting Attitude from the old blonde women with the Bob hair cut, no manners what so ever, my fuel was £12, women gave me no eye contact, no please or thank you, I think people are stressed enough of the rise in fuel prices as it is without the stinking attitude of the employees, absolutely disgusting!!!!

Usual good service from well known supermarket chain..... Usual friendly staff..... BUT, ......location is in wrong place on Google maps - it is not inside Tesco Extra, on station Road, it is on middle Street, Beeston, around the corner from the Tesco Extra on station Road, Beeston.....!!! And Tesco says on its signage that it's 24Hour petrol - which it is not, have been at 12 midnight needing fuel, and pumps were blocked off with cones... So Tesco - You need to remove your 24 hour signage - as it's misleading.....!!! UPDATE:- since fuel shortage Sept 2021 - they've had NO "Premium Unleaded petrol" at any of their pumps - I can't get any for love, nor money... And my 12 year old Toyota needs this - as it doesn't like E10 unleaded....

It states it's opening hours as Monday to Friday 6am to 12am, however when I arrived last night (Thursday) at 11:35pm it was already completely shut and there were cones in front of all the pumps so couldn't even use pay at pump. When I revisited the next morning (Friday) at 8:10am it was still completely shut. Totally unacceptable to close at least 25 minutes early and to open more than 2 hours late.

Decent petrol station. Seems to have the cheapest prices locally.Also has the usual air pressure pump etc.Will continue to use when in the area.

Helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Usually 1st choice for fill-up.
Also, if you pay with a Tesco Bank credit card that is linked to your Tesco Clubcard the points can be multiplied up to give up to 6+% discount or equivalent.
We usually save the points and convert them to vouchers that we use for meals out for family treats.

Come here a lot when going shopping, Always get good friendly service. small shop for your odds and sods.
Tescos store just across the road so can go to Tescos first then get petrol on way out.
