Rang the store to query an order - the woman who answered didnt understand english. She kept telling me my order was on its way before I had even ordered it. I asked to speak to someone else - she said "the delivery driver is here" and hung up on me. I rang back, she said there is no one else in the shop to speak to. I rang back again and got through to her colleague.
Terrible service, and liars to boot.

Ordered footlong meatball nearly threw up,all you could taste was salt and mixed herbs which lasted in my mouth for the rest of the day,asked for a refund,staff were very unwilling to do this I asked them all to taste the meatballs to which they all refused(I wonder why)they had to ring there manager to give me a refund to which I eventually got,never again,good news tho KFC was next door

Staff were polite, helpful and clean with gloves etc. Doing lots of door dash and uber orders but we didn't wait long at all and place was quiet and clean so we ate in. Fab food as always and staff super helpful with disability
Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies and vegan options and all different utensils etc too
Parking: Parking right outside and on surrounding roads
Kid-friendliness: Soft seating, high chairs and kids menu as well as friendly staff and on site toilet
Wheelchair accessibility: Level access and staff very helpful, low tables to suit wheelchair and fridges etc at eye level for ease. Large accessible toilet

Ordered 4 subs on just eat, 2 showed up wrong. Rang up and informed them of this, was told to ask for a refund on the app, when asked if we could just have the correct order sent the employee hung up on me.

Great variety of sub melts, sandwiches and cookies.Good ambience.Recommended: chicken Tikka sub with Caesar sauce and crispy onions.Thai chilli crisps and refillable drink.

Fantastic. I only go occasionally and on this visit I've discovered they have new breads. New fillings including vegan friendly and a garlic aioli sauce. Even the salad bar has upgraded: now with spinach instead of plain iceberg. Keep updating your offerings but please keep the meatballs. Yum.
