Very poor service. Tried to contact the manager. No respond. Food was tasteless, I tried to contact the manager. He didn't respond either. No customer service available. Will not recommend this place at all to trust for any issue regarding the food quality.

AVOID!!!
My Pakistani husband visited for the first time this evening. The drinks fridge was broken so no cold drinks and they had food being stored in it.
He ordered chicken tikka masala, 3 Roti?s and a mango lassi. the cost was £25 and this was shocking for a start, but he reluctantly paid expecting a decent curry. Bear in mind a large bag of atta costs a few pounds and they?re charging almost £3 for a single chapati (not a roti but even a roti costs nothing to make).
It came out, all sauce, hardly any chicken, and stunk of coconut. Which isn?t how a masala should smell. The rotis were not rotis they were chapatis and when questioned she was adamant they were tandoori roti but having eaten them for his entire life he knows the difference between a roti and a chapati. His friend kept his and said the chicken in his biryanis was rubbery and very over cooked.
My husband took the food back and said he wasn?t happy with it and requested a refund which she initially refused. She eventually agreed to refund him cash despite paying by card and he went elsewhere but if you?re looking for an authentic curry, go elsewhere. If you want to spend a fortune on a shockingly bad curry, then this is your place. You could make an authentic curry with roti for your entire from scratch for less than a tenner so god knows where they are trying to justify their prices for such bad food.

Food got delivered and been leaking in bag on the way, delivery driver gave it to me and as he did it ripped and my food went everywhere, no refund no food re sent and won?t help me out at all?wouldn?t recommend

We have just had some food delivered. The delivery times are ridiculous and get extended out whilst u wait. The food was okay. Very oily overriding alot of the taste. They curries we had all kind of tasted the same as well. I'd use them again but as a last resort.

We collected our order in person from the shop that?s got an impressive look. Service was very pleasant. But it went downhill from there. The chutneys and poppadoms were like those from the supermarket. The onion bhaji was reasonable but the veggie samosa was quite disappointing- mostly potato.
The prawn dhansak was the worst I?ve ever tasted. The sauce was very runny and there was no depth of flavour. Sorry but not a place I?d return to.
