I would like to thank the helpful staff for encouraging me to tighten up my budget and make excellent use of my Mastercard in which this year i was able to support my wages with it and pay back my card deficits. I now have a healthy credit budget. Sarah is very pleasant and very polite and is very calm in her advise on tight spending, how if we only buy things we need,we save much more etc. Mark.

Every time I came to this branch, they refused me to make a payment, even when my builder, whom I was going to pay, stood next to me showing his bank card. It's coming to ridiculous!I am still traumatized from queueing one hour and a half in the middle of the day and losing my business over it. Will never go back to this place.

I just need to share my wonderful experience at Santander Beeston Nottingham Branch. The service from a member of staff named Sarah Found was second to non. I have been banking with Santander for over a decade and this lady went above and beyond today. I just want to make everyone aware that there still are very kind professional people out there working for their customers. Thank you again wish all staff members were as kind and considerate as her.
