Friendly and helpful staff. I bought two Parker pens with engraving. The manager helped me and so did Shannon. Both very polite and were pleasant. I will definitely be returning for future gifts. Top class customer service. I visited the store Thursday 10th July morning.

Expensive! Bought a small box for posting which was already surprisingly expensive for a little bit of plain cardboard, then got asked to contribute to a charity I do not know and as there were other people standing around embarrassing to decline. Could not hear very well what the lady behind the till said until it showed on the till; 50% of the purchase price. Will not be going back to Rymans if we can avoid. We don?t mind giving to charity but I want to pick the ones deserving of it myself and not be pressured into it when shopping in a bit of a rush.

Regularly use this store for DHL parcels to USA - the staff are brilliant ? patient and really helpful ?. We have never been ignored ?? And for 45 minutes ??? Nooooooo

The shop has chatty people and little interest in customer service, which leaves you longing for the actual postage to be returned.
I was ignored in the store for more than 45 minutes where I picked up my parcels and left
I was sending parcels by DHL.
I spend hundreds of pounds in this store with the parcels that I ship abroad.
All customers should be treated well and equally regardless of their race, religion or their skin color. Wholly unprofessional and shouldn't be in a customer facing job

I recently visited a store in Beeston in Nottingham and spoken to the staff Selina and Victoria.I would like to say this are so professional and helpful - I ended up buying a toaster and a note pad on offer!Brilliant staff, totally recommend if you visit this store, they are great and approachable! :-)
