Pretty average as far as gyms go, would be 4 stars or even 5 if not for the constant pungent stench of sewage right next to the fire exit on the ground floor. Go to the weights section and you'll hardly ever see people on the left side of the mirror, it's appalling, no sign of them fixing it either.
