Staff are really friendly and helpful. They helped me prepare and organise my packages to ensure I had the best price possible. I really recommend this post office to anyone who is unsure about the process the staff will help guide you through everything.

A young woman with black hair at the post office is rude and unprofessional. She messed up our parcel . She refused to help when the parcel was received at wrong address. She passes racist remarks and totally careless. Lost more then £ 100 because of her careless attitude

Parcels often get delayed by up to a 30 days when using tracked 24/48. Absolutely no idea why. Had 0 issues so far with the branch in the centre of beeston though. Its happened 4 times over 20 parcels. Not happy at all.
