we took our hamster back as it was in its best interests as we have another 1 year 8 month old hamster and they were both stressing eachother out . Gavin disregarded every reason we left him and immediately had a nasty tone and attitude. be prepared to get hamsters returned, you chose to work at a pet shop where there sourced from rodent mills. So expect some of them to not be well tamed or domesticated.

Theo is absolutely amazing. We went in to get a muzzle for my nervous dog to try and get him friendly with other dogs. Theo listened to the fact he was quite nervous, gave him space and helped us choose a muzzle and decide what size we would need. We was unsuccessful and will have to order one due to the shape of his face, however the help and kindness from Theo made our experience much easier for both us and our dog.
