It is our first property to rent in the UK. I would highly recommend Martin & Co Estate agents as the best. Charlotte Sweeney is a lovely person, and it is great working with her. She gives that personal service. Also, very quick to respond to emails. It is a stressful time to rent a property and the warmth of Charlotte heart made it much easier. I?ve worked with Martin & Co over many years in the property rental market. During the last two years I have sold two properties through there Beeston office.The service has been exceptional, Ian was great at providing market values and a strategy to obtain a successful sale.Liz has been great throughout the process towards completion. The last sale has taken a lot chasing of an overseas buyer and his solicitor in the UK but for many months Liz has pushed and pushed until all enquiries have been answered to the buyer?s satisfaction. Hopefully we will achieve completion in the next couple of weeks.Thank you Liz for your tenacity and drive to get the job done. Well done!
