M & S really do not care about the environment. These are left all over Nottingham Road. Causing a hazard. Other shops have pound locks but these really don't care.

When I go to Chilwell always go in to the cafe for a coffee, usually staff are very helpful. Went in on 24th May first in queue, young gentleman and lady on, gentleman was doing coffee's turned round looked at me but never said anything. Stood there 5 minutes neither gentleman or lady said anything so I left. Rather rude could have said be with you when I've done this.

Worst customer service. Extremely rude guy working on the bakery who couldn?t be bothered to help customers and he had a bad attitude when spoken to. Got to the checkout with shopping to find out that we couldn?t pay contactless as machines weren?t working. Apparently the manager was at the front letting all customers know, but he skipped us as a young couple for some reason.

First time experienced rude colleague in here. It's as if he didn't want to be there. noticed all staff not even a smile, Only one plesent was the guy on the till who served me at 1pm.

Love shopping here, the only niggle I have is that after I have checked out I get out of the way so others can check out, I used to go near the self service tills and sit there to empty the cart into my shopping trolley but it's not there anymore.

I wanted to ask a college for some help about finding a few items, the first person I tried to ask was the store manager walking around, Thomas, but he brushed me off and ignored me. After, I spoke to another member of staff who helped me out though. I just didn?t appreciate being ignored that?s all.

The website is the most ridiculous thing I?ve ever tried to navigate. I don?t want to cook with the stars I just want to see if a particular product is sold in store.
Whoever designed this nonsense needs to get a proper job.
