What a wonderful company! Some years ago I purchased a kitchen from IDEAS which I was very pleased with. Unfortunately I recently damaged 2 doors in a colour which is no longer manufactured. Helen, one of the Directors, has gone to so much trouble to identify a suitable match for me and get it delivered. I am so pleased that my lovely kitchen will soon be looking as good as new. It's rare to find a kitchen firm has such excellent customer care. Thank you!

Friendly and inviting at first. We had Paul visiting our house for an extension inc a new kitchen, bathroom and downstairs toilet. We were told design would take 2 weeks or so. Never heard from them again. The impression we got was we were not good enough for their services. Just very disappointed as the products and finish shown at the shop seemed very promising.

I had a good impression when I walked into the shop. Then 4 weeks ago Glen came to measure my kitchen, told me design would take 2 to 3 weeks. Never heard of them again again, no email, no phone call. In the meantime I have had 2 other designers measuring my kitchen, got from both the design, prices, had several changes and was able to order today.Just glad I didn't rely only on IDEAS. Maybe I'm not good enough a person to be their customer, who knows.

Excellent service from start to finished.Absolutely no pressure sales.Welcome coffee for informal chat with Glen & Helen, coloured booklets to take home & plan at leisure.Detailed design & quote provided & revised as necessary during meetings.Date booked & confirmed by Glen who managed the entire process brilliantly.Regular updates to times of who to expect and when.Ady did it a brilliant job removing ,refitting cabinets and plumbing appliances, resealed & lay new floor with some help from Paul.Dean replastered walls to high standard.All electrical work done to high standard by Paul Electrician and his colleagues.Excellent communication between all the team so process ran smoothly.We are so delighted with our lovely new kitchen and so pleased we chose Ideas to do it.Services: Kitchen countertop installation

We have recently renovated a house and used IDEAS to help us design our kitchen. We honestly could not recommend them more highly! The service was fantastic and we are head over heels in love with our new kitchen. It has been so difficult trying to complete a renovation during Covid but I can honestly say that IDEAS have made the process so easy and stress free and have bent over backwards to make sure we got everything finished to perfection.

Fantastic service from start to finish.
Steve and all his tradesmen that completed the job were efficient and updated us throughout. We absolutely love our kitchen and every detail that went into designing came from Steve listening to what we wanted from our kitchen and was really honest rather than trying to sell !
