Friendly and inviting at first. We had Paul visiting our house for an extension inc a new kitchen, bathroom and downstairs toilet. We were told design would take 2 weeks or so. Never heard from them again. The impression we got was we were not good enough for their services. Just very disappointed as the products and finish... read full comment

I had a good impression when I walked into the shop. Then 4 weeks ago Glen came to measure my kitchen, told me design would take 2 to 3 weeks. Never heard of them again again, no email, no phone call. In the meantime I have had 2 other designers measuring my kitchen, got from both the design, prices, had several changes... read full comment
