Did click and collect . Had to ring customer services (who were great, very helpful and rang the store to find out what had happened to my order) to find out why I hadn't been contacted as my order was not on time 2 days late. A courtesy call or email would of been nice. Surprisingly enough half an hour after call to customer services I had a phone call from the store to say my order was ready to collect ?

First time visiting Halfords and the store is well stocked, super tidy and easy to navigate. Popped in to purchase a couple of boltless shelves which were at a great price! A special mention to Cameron who went out of his way to support me carry the items to the car. Cameron was very personable and a great asset to the store!

The second time of using 'click and collect' and for the second time, it has been shambolick.
1. Made online purchase.
2. Recieved communiction advising to collect.
3. Arrive to collect. Was told its not here, must'nt be in stock. I inform staff member that I have just seen it on the shelf, staff member asked me to show him. I walk staff member to shelf and show them. I eventually get my purchase.

No disabled toilet is itnot legal told by the the staff they the don't need to a toilets for disabled people and not bothered about the wanted to use the toilets when I don't go in the shop if needed pee

I had front and rear dash-cams fitted at Halfords, Chilwell. I have previously fitted dash-cams myself, but I wanted it hard wiring to an EV and I do not feel confident to do that. The technician was Ashad, he was polite, friendly and knows his job. The end result was a very tidy professional installation which I am very happy with.

I would like to thank Halfords staff (Stewart) for their help in booking an appointment to have my Nextbase dash cam fitted.
Also, the fitting by Ashad was excellent and very professional. He was polite and very friendly and he made sure that I was fully satisfied with the fitting of the dash cam. When finished he asked if I had any questions which I did not as I was completely satisfied.

I took my youngest son to collect his new bike today, at the Chilwell Halfords store.
We had a great experience, friendly helpful staff, my son was so excited, and we weren't disappointed in any way.
I highly recommend this store.
