Very smooth buying experience from here. Not your typical sales people, very relaxed atmosphere and never felt like they were trying to force the sale. The whole team came across really well but special mention to Harry, who for such a young man was very well spoken and answered all of our queries with such reassuring confidence. He mentioned he hasn't been in the role too long but I have no doubt he'll sell many cars for you in the near future and who knows maybe he'll be running the place one day. Thanks for such a pleasant experience, We'll be recommending you to our friends and family.

Just been delivered my new car and i love it. Although when it arrived i noticed a few dents and scratches that i wasn?t made aware of, Harry took care of me to make sure i got booked in at the nearest store to me so that i could get this sorted and apologised for this. Sent a personalised video of the car when i put a deposit down as i was buying before seeing which i thought was really good. Although Harry is new to the team he?s very professional and great service all round. Well done keep up the good work you?re doing great. Big thumbs up from me x

Don't believe ,all that is promised!!\\nFound a lovely Citreon in July- great Sales Pitch by Ash !. Listed items to be rectified - including parcel shelf that was missing.\\nThat was 3 months ago ,16 phone calls 11 excuses so far,( non of them Covid related) Ash on holiday, Ashley days off ,he's on the phone ,waiting for Manager ,reordered, DHL not delivered ,Re ordering as we speak ,item returned by DHL, will ring you as soon as it arrives this afternoon (Aaron,this week).\\nI will gladly update my Review when this issue is rectified, as everyone we have spoken too is always courteous \\u0026 polite,but no one seems to be able to Deliver! .?

Well done Ash. He made the experience of buying my new car very easy. The car was missing some strings off the parcel shelf. Ash promised to order some and ring me when they came in. I'd had a similar experience is the past where promises were made regarding a car from another dealer and the phone call never came, so I didn't hold up much hope, but a week later Ash was on the phone asking me to pop down so he could fit the strings. Happy, chilled and relaxed!

Brilliant. Highly recommend and will be coming back when I next need a car. Super helpful. I had issues with getting my new licence from the dvla due to backlog and Chris, Lewis and Ash were amazing. So patient and kept in touch with me the whole way through. Thank you so much. Drove home today with my new car and a huge smile on my face.

I found the staff very helpful and considerate. I would certainly recommend Car Store Nottingham to everyone. Charley and Nagihan were very informative and very friendly, not pushy at all. I am now driving away with my new car. I had a little accident at home before coming to the store and Charley, Nagihan and Patrick looked after me very well, ringing 111 and taking me to A&e.

Collected my new car on Saturday from Car store nottingham, I cannot fault my dealings with the top customer service I and my family got. It was like we were family really super great service from a great salesman name ' Del ' a true meaning of a customer service was given from start to finish. I cannot thank him enough.

Had a wonderful experience at Car Store Nottingham buying my new car! Nagihan helped deal with finding a car for me even while I was on holiday and it was ready for a test drive and to buy when I came back home. Del recorded a video for me when the car arrived so I could see the car fully while I was away. Charlie handled all the paperwork and took me through the purchase, finishing all the paperwork very quickly and easily all in the same time I drank a cuppa made for me by Melissa. It's nice to see such a wonderful team working together so well. Thank you Car Store!

Made an appointment to go to the showroom to meet Andy. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted as if we were old friends. Did we want tea or coffee? What a fantastic difference the greeting was from most places. Not mentioning a large car supermarket outside Kings Lynn (cars are outside help yourself) Met Andy who told us Sean would be doing the test drive with us. Went for a test drive noticed a noisy wheel bearing. It had been through the AA inspection obviously, the guy wasnâ??t wearing his hearing aid? Thanks Sean for being so helpful during the test drive nothing was to much trouble. Spoke to Andy who showed us the inspection report, Andy told us he would get the car fixed, then would deliver the car to us 2 hours away.
