Foods okay for late night fast food. Price listed on menu as £3.99 for cheesy chips. Apparently that's the old menu. Fair enough. If you told when I paid not when I received the food and asked for change. That would be okay. Apparently is listed as the price on the card till but I payed cash. Also listed for £4.80 on Uber eats. I know it's not a lot but a bit of honesty and transparency goes a long way. Hope your more up front in future

Very good quality food for the price. The staff will give you a nice smile when you order in store if you are outwardly smiley.
Great service and the food is very good quality for the prices, the fries are generally crispy as well. They also do customize orders well.
The inside surfaces look very clean. I have in many years never once gotten sick from a dinos, they absolutely follow hygiene standards very well.
They are also open late!
Many a wonderful movie nights we have had with a dinos takeout.
If you order in store the price is a steal without Uber Eats charges.

Well i went there last night 29th of Nov I got a large donor and chips with salad got home opened it up and smelt off i had a bite of the donor meat and there was a hair in it so I flipped it the food over as was in a tray and looked and there was mould on the kebab
Please everyone do not go there it's the worse place ever and I have reported

Margherita pizza is good. Don't get any toppings, bad quality. Chips are awful, oily and dry at the same time. Burger is decent, salad is trash. I order from here regularly but only the burger and margherita pizza. Play it safe. Don't order anything that demands quality. Just Eat menu isn't listed correctly. Delivery drivers are usually incompetent.

Absolutely shocking!! Bunch of thieving idiots,, do not order online this muppet thinks he?s clever by accepting your online order not delivering it and then telling just eat they have,,, now have 2 children hungry and no money to reorder,Now just eat only refund you a percentage of what you spent so the spaz at dinos keeps the rest not bad for doing nothing ??

Took food nearly 2 hours to arrive. The food was cold and chips were solid and dry. I rang after the first 1 hour and 15 mins of waiting to check where the food is, they told me it will arrive any minute, it took another 30 mins to arrive. I called the restaurant to let them know the food was cold, to which they first told me the food was not cold and if it is then i should microwave the food! They would not accept any responsibility and then they hung up the phone!!! Ive never been told by any food service to microwave the food I paid for. So rude! Never ordering from them again!!
