Watch out for misleading offers from Costa Coffee not just this branch but the whole company any offer they send you could actually cost you money. Used a voucher they sent me and it cost me more than if I?d not bothered. Totally misleading offer and just after your hard earned money. Don?t think I?ll bother in the future

What a rip off merchant. Received a £2 treat drop from them and decided to use it. What a mistake that was. It actually cost me more than if I hadn't used it. Had 2 medium drinks and toast(usually £9.98 for 2) and a blueberry muffin £2.80 and got charged £13.10 after using the £2 voucher -costa's excuse was the voucher wipes out the toast and drink offer. The only treat drop is into THEIR bank account - beware of this dodgy practice as they are only after ripping you off and not looking after the customer.

Visited and disappointed by the environment within the building. The owners didn't have any A/C running and the units looked filthy. It was a warm day and inside it was very humid and sweaty. Not a good environment for people with medical issues. It felt like a breeding ground for viruses. Needless to say I ordered our drinks and food and requested it for our outside table. Unfortunately McDonald's, Marks and Spencer and Starbucks operate on the same retail area so will be using them instead. They operate a much cleaner environment.
Dietary restrictions: Some Gluten free products.
Wheelchair accessibility: All one level and easy access with Disabled facilities.

I wasn't planning on every writing a review for this, but have just been given some excellent customer service by Ben, who, even though I've only been served once by him a few weeks back, remembered my order, something I find incredible given the amount of people he must have served between my last visit and this. It's a level of customer service/memory that can't be taught.
