It's a Costa.
The staff are always lovely and helpful. Probably the best Costa I've been in to date.
I like the coffee and the paninis. The millionaires shortbread taste a lot better than they look. Always a favourite for me.
It has a nice friendly atmosphere with plenty of space sitting inside.
Some seating outside which nice if the weather is good as its in the pedestrian square.
Toilets as clean as they can be, but you need a door code from your receipt, or ask the staff.
It's always been busy when we've been in so shows its popular.

I popped into Costa in Beeston today to take some time with my daughter and avoid the rain. Its a perfectly good place to stop and relax a while, being as it is quite a large cafe with ample seating. The coffee was absolutely fine. The same as you would get in any of the other 30,000,000,000 Costa branches across the UK. The staff all seemed very pleasant and everything looked good. I wouldn't hesitate to return.
