Customer service gone down hill with the new staff , got charged extra because person on till scanned it wrong had to go back in and Que again , girl had an attitude on her never even apologised for mistake made , they also have an odd way of getting ques down by calling people from the back of the que instead of the people that have been waiting longer :/ it?s gone down last few months

Plenty of products and good prices. You can find nice toys, food, sweets, gardening and other seasonal stuff. Right at the bus and tram stop. I like that they actually sell plants in bad shape with discounted price instead of just throwing them out.
Customer service is terrible. Staffs are (with only a few exception) impolite and don't know what they are doing. Today we went in and the goods were already scanned and packed and we wanted to pay when the card reader system went down. The guy at the till was nice but he said he needs to reset the system which can take up to 20min. So my husband went to withdraw some cash while and other staff member and a supervisor came to the till. 10min later my husband came back and we wanted to pay. The cashier daid that wait and was talking with the supervisor and we were waiting... the store wasn't busy and after 5min the supervisor asked us if we already have the items. YES for the love of God, why else was I standing at the till 15min? Why had to serve 8 more people who came sporadically while we just looked like idiots? Instead of just asking us first before checking the whole store. The supervisor just ignored us. The guy who served us first came back and we payed and he apologised for waiting. But we both left with ruined mood. And this wasn't the first time that the staff couldn't handle professionally a simple task.
