Brilliant repair on my boots. It was done very quickly and was a reasonable price. He even buffed the boots before handing them back. They looked brand new.

Called in here today, looking for a replacement dog tag. As we walked in we were met with a huge smile and a very friendly hello, we explained to the gentleman what had happened with our last tag and what we now needed and he sorted it for us instantly. Would highly recommend this place. The gentleman we spoke with was called Conor and I must say that he is a total credit to the company. Such a nice genuine chap.

Having been sent away to this branch by the grumpy man in the Timpson within Sainsbury?s in Arnold, I took my shoes which needed a temporary emergency repair to this branch instead. The wedding is in a few hours!The friendly and helpful cobbler didn?t even quibble about the repair which I explained only needed to last a day or so and set to work immediately. It?s less convenient to park here, but I will return for all of my key and cobbling needs! This is what good customer service looks like!

Had some silver jewellery engraved. Very happy with how quickly it was down. The male staff member who has been Timpsons for as long as I can remember also altered a friend's leather handbag. There's so many services and repairs, including watches and tablets, definitely worth a look on their webpage.
