Prioritise profit over Customer Service. Making us wait 5 working days for a boiler part with no heating or hot water as they will only order on the slow shipping from Alpha. Don't want to order though a legitimate 3rd party reseller like DHS to get something in faster and get peoples heating back on faster. Don't buy from them unless it's in stock, no in point.

The chap behind the counter didn't have the part I needed in the size i have. He instead recommended a place that might stock the part. Would definitely call here first with any plumbing enquiries as he gave a truly great service. Wish i had gotten his nameð??

Chris from the Plumb Center listened patiently while we described a part for our Gas Fire. British Gas shut down our Gas Fire because the part was damaged and was no longer available. Chris managed to find a part that he thought was the part I needed and he ordered it for us. It arrived promptly when he said it would and he also supplied the names of some gas Fitters, amongst them Daniel Cole. Daniel attended promptly, compared the old part to the new part and fitted it the next day. So instead of taking the advice of British Gas and ditching the fire and replacing it with an electric one, we now have our gas fire back in full working condition for the princely sum of only £56.22. Well done Chris, The Plumb Center and Daniel Cole. First class service.
