I?d like to complain about your Arnold store. I asked in my order for 3 special garlic sauces in my order. I did not receive this. So I kindly asked for them to be redelivered to myself. When they were eventually delivered again I only received 2 special garlic sauces. When ringing the store yet again he said he would give me a discount over the phone next time I shop at the store. He asked for ONLY my name. I asked for this discount to be granted over email, he said he could not do that. Now, this this is not the first time someone has promised me discount next time I order with this store, last time they did not grant it and said they knew nothing about the promised discount. On this occasion, I am owed 1 special garlic sauce from your business and a discount next time I order apparently. If this is not granted over email I will be escalating this. Thankyou, proof of order can be given

This is the best pizza , I have ever ate.The staff was so kind and friendly.I will definitely recommend others .Vegetarian options: Garden party and Greek.Parking: 2 hours parking free opposite to the store .

Ordered tonight as a treat, served by Kush (I apologise if I?ve spelt the gentleman?s name wrong). He was super friendly and the food was tasty and hot! Great place will use again!!Dietary restrictions: We?re vegan and there are plenty of options.Parking: Parkin either straight outside (small lay-by) or plenty across the road in the council car park

Amazing food, very polite, friendly & professional staff, always smiling, tried to give me the best offer i can opt for..which is buy 1 get 1 but then i need a drink as well so they offered me another deal which includes drink as well. Definitely gonna visit again..!!!

I tried chicken fajita pizza was very niceStaff was very professional and polite and they gave me buy one get one free and some extra garlic and herbs dip. I really love this papa johns. I had 3 times papa johns pizza this week.

This place was good, we used to be very loyal customers with papa johns at the top of our takeaway list. However the last few times we?ve had a BAD experience all round. Both food and service really not great. Hope they recover themselves, otherwise we will have to find a favourite takeaway elsewhere ??.

Not terrible, but they overdo it on the pizza sauce and barely even cut the pizza. This place is our local and we've bought a pizza-cutter just to cut the pizza that they don't.It's better than some of the other local pizza places, and they're usually relatively fast and friendly, but they let themselves down badly with the detail.Parking: Car park across the road always has spaces, remember to get a ticket for free parking from the machine.

We placed an order at 16:00 and it took 1hr 20 minutes to arrive. We called the store and the staff member was rude to us and then put the phone down on me. Once calling back I was told I couldn?t make a complaint to the store (but the website said I had to do it via the store) and then once we started to eat our we saw that the BBQ sauce was out of date and the cookie was completely burnt. Contacted customer support but heard nothing back.

Per ordered on line for delivery at 19:30, order was accepted and paid for. At 21:00 there was still no sign of the delivery - called the restaurant over 40 times and there was NO answer, either got an engaged tone or it just rang out. No one bothered to contact us to let us know it was going to be late.
Disgusting service and won?t be using them again
