Nisa in Nottingham is simply the best shop in town! ? I have never seen better customer service – the staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Shopping here is always a pleasure. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service especially the young chap who always puts a smile on my face even when I'm having a bad day. Only downside is paying extra for coffee syrup when having a coffee.

This place used to be a 5 star place but times have changed. The staff have politeness, friendliness albeit the obviously fake smiles but are hard working.
